At Oliviers&Co, after our exceptional olive oils, we continue to explore the great condiments of the Mediterranean. Today, we are delighted to introduce our brand-new range: the Vinegar Specialties, coktail inspiration. Three artisan vinegars made in France, 100% natural, inspired by the most iconic cocktails: Mojito, Spritz, Margarita but in condiment form. The gourmet twist that reinvents your cooking and your aperitifs !
What sets them apart ? Real, carefully selected ingredients: Menton IGP lemon, Calabrian bergamot, hibiscus, hand-picked elderflower, fresh mint all infused and macerated using mastered artisan processes, with no artificial coloring or flavoring.
Why Cocktail-Inspired Vinegars ?
Mocktails now appear on restaurant and bar menus alongside traditional cocktails, and for good reason: drinking less, or differently, without sacrificing pleasure or elegance, is a desire shared by more and more people. Yet iconic cocktails the Mojito, Spritz, and Margarita remain very much present and desirable.
At Oliviers&Co, we wanted to reinterpret them in a different way: not in a glass, but in a condiment. The result is these three artisan vinegars with floral, fruity and refreshing aromatic profiles, designed to be used in cooking, desserts, cold drinks or as a base for homemade cocktails. The little twist that makes all the difference !

Three Vinegars, Three Worlds
Spritz St Germain Inspiration, The trendy
The elderflower Spritz is THE cocktail of the summer. Floral, sparkling, fresh… We have reinterpreted it as an artisan vinegar, and the result is remarkable. The elderflower, hand-picked in late spring, is infused in grape must to extract delicate, floral and subtly vanilla-like notes. Often nicknamed “the poor man’s vanilla” for its accessible yet delicate aroma, it reveals itself here in all its sophistication.
The Menton IGP lemon, grown on sunny hillsides between the sea and the mountains in a unique microclimate on the French-Italian border, brings a refined citrus freshness, free from bitterness.
How to use it ?
• In the kitchen: all kinds of salads, burrata & fig, mozzarella-prosciutto skewers, fish ceviche, chicken marinade, cherry tomato salad.
• For dessert: strawberry soup, sorbet, ice cream.
• As a drink: a few drops in a lemonade or a glass of chilled sparkling water with ice and a lemon slice, for an elegant alcohol-free aperitif.
Hugo Spritz Mocktail
15 ml Elderflower & Menton IGP Lemon vinegar + 100 ml chilled sparkling water + ice cubes + thin lemon slices and edible flowers.
Cocktail version : Replace the sparkling water with prosecco or sparkling wine.

Margarita Inspiration, The revisited
A deep, natural ruby hue that impresses before the first drop. This vinegar is one of the boldest in the range, sitting at the crossroads of haute cuisine and creative mixology.
Hibiscus, an intense flower with deep crimson petals, has been used for centuries across the world from the Mediterranean to Africa, where it is known as “karkadé”. Macerated in a white balsamic condiment, it gives this vinegar intensity, balance and complexity, with notes of red berries and an almost wine-like floral freshness. The Calabrian bergamot, a rare citrus grown on the Ionian coast of southern Italy, reveals fresh, zesty, floral and subtly spiced notes. Made famous in the world of tea, it lends this vinegar a singular and refined aromatic signature.
How to use it ?
• In the kitchen: beetroot carpaccio, roasted vegetables, salmon or sea bream tartare, fresh cheeses, duck breast.
• For dessert: red berry salad, dark chocolate mousse, sorbet or granita.
• As a drink: twisted iced tea, lemonade, colorful and festive alcohol-free cocktail.

Mojito Inspiration, The Essential
Who doesn’t know the Mojito ? Fresh, lively, summery. Here, no artifice: fresh mint and lime juice are used in their most authentic form, to preserve their full aromatic intensity.
Mint, an aromatic herb appreciated since Antiquity, wraps the lime in a soft, herbaceous freshness that instantly evokes summer and moments of sharing. The lime, emblematic of sun-drenched cuisines and refreshing drinks, brings energy and lightness with its crisp acidity and exotic zesty notes. Both ingredients are delicately macerated in a white balsamic condiment to reveal a rich, vibrant and perfectly balanced aromatic profile.
How tu use it ?
• In the kitchen: summer tabbouleh, grated carrots or raw zucchini, cooked fish, grilled shrimp, ceviche, grilled halloumi, feta, fresh goat cheese, gazpacho.
• For dessert: twisted panna cotta, cheesecake, lemon tart meringue, ganache.
• As a drink: a glass of sparkling water with fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge, the perfect mocktail for warm days !
