Frédéric Chaix, master vinegar-maker, has a long-standing collaboration with Oliviers&Co, where we work in close symbiosis to create our aromatic vinegars and vinegar delights.
Frédéric's adventure began in Madagascar, where he honed his skills as a distiller for 15 years. Drawn to the world of vinegars, he dedicated himself to finding the perfect balance between acidity and flavor in meticulously selected ingredients.
At the heart of his vinegar factory in Lisbon, he carefully designs and produces original flavor blends, offering a unique taste experience.
Frédéric Chaix pays particular attention to the selection of his vinegars and spices, sourced directly from Madagascar, Réunion and other parts of the world. All his products are made exclusively in Lisbon, using only the finest natural fruit. His guarantee: 100% natural vinegars, free from artificial colors, preservatives and flavors.
He skilfully combines maceration, cooking and gentle filtration to bring out the expected fruity, woody, vanilla and spicy aromas. A know-how dedicated to delighting the most demanding palates.
