About This Recipe
This dark chocolate berries cake has rich layers of dark chocolate cake with fresh raspberries.
Ingredients

3 tbsp Olive & Mint Oil
2 tbsp Raspberry Specialty Vinegar
At the market
1/2 lb dark chocolate
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup whole cream
4 eggs
3-4 tbsp flour
1/2 cup sugar
Lemon juice
1 1/2 cup raspberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Melt the chocolate with butter, brown sugar and cream over low heat. Remove from heat and add eggs one by one while whisking. Add flour and mix.
Add the olive & mint oil and mix again.
Pour the mixture into a baking tin and bake in a bain-marie for 45 minutes.
Prepare syrup by mixing raspberry vinegar, sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Heat until a syrup consistency.
Let cool, then gently mix the syrup with raspberries. Place them on the cake and serve.
