Frantoio Paolocci
Frantoio Paolocci is a family business rooted in the history of Tuscia Viterbese since the early 1900s, when lawyer and passionate farmer Agostino Paolocci acquired a stone mill in Vetralla. Joined by his son Marcello, he devoted himself to the meticulous processing of olives from the family's olive groves. Today, Fausto and Stefano, his grandsons, run the business, combining tradition and innovation. Since 2000, the mill has become a regional benchmark.
Tuscia* PDO oil is cold-extracted, without the addition of water, and produced in limited quantities; the estate values local varieties such as Canino, Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo, grown with respect for tradition. Each bottle reflects the richness of the terroir, the love of the land and the authenticity of know-how handed down over more than a century.
