Ingredients

Mandarin Olive Oil
1 jar Organic Orange Jam
At the market
4 bananas
3.5oz 60% cocoa dark chocolate
1.75oz hazelnut chocolate
Directions
Peel the bananas and prick them onto a wooden stick. Place in a dish and freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours.
In a saucepan over a bain-marie, melt the 2 chocolates with 1 tbsp mandarin olive oil.
Once the chocolate is smooth, dip the bananas in it. On contact with cold, the chocolate will set instantly.
Serve immediately with orange jam.
