About This Recipe
Delicious golden crepes, delicately flavored with mandarin orange, easy to prepare and perfect for a tangy, sunny break to enjoy on any occasion.
Ingredients

2 tbsp. olive oil & mandarin juice
1 pinch of fleur de sel
Delicious spreads, honey, or jams
At the marché
300 g flour
3 tablespoons sugar
3 eggs
60 cl milk
50 g melted butter
Directions
Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center.
Add the whole eggs, sugar, oil, and butter.
Gently mix with a whisk, gradually adding the milk. The resulting batter should have a slightly thick consistency.
Heat a nonstick skillet and lightly oil it with a paper towel.
Pour in a ladleful of batter, spread it around the pan, and wait until it is cooked on one side before flipping it over. Cook all the crepes this way over low heat.
Enjoy with pistachio cream.
