About This Recipe
The famous homemade hummus recipe, twisted with bell peppers to bring originality to your aperitif.
Ingredients

Moroccan Reserved Harvest Olive Oil
1 tbsp Kirmizi Mix
Chili Pepper Olive Oil
Salt from Camargue

14 oz chickpeas
3 red peppers
1 tbsp tahini
Lemon juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 392°F.
Cut peppers into quarters, remove the seeds and put them in a dish. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 40 minutes, turning them regularly until they have blistered on all sides. Take them out, let cool. Peel and slice them.
Drain chickpeas, keeping the liquid. Put them in a blender with 4 tbsp of olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, Kirmizi mix and salt. Mix until you obtain a creamy texture.
Add peppers, and mix again. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Let refrigerate.
When ready to serve, pour into a hollow dish. Finish with a drizzle of chili pepper olive oil.
