4 tbsp Pressed Olive & Fresh Lemon
4 tbsp White Condiment
Flower Salt from the Ebro Delta
At the market
12 scallops, extra fresh
Juice of one lemon
1 tbsp pistachio crumbs
Pomegranate seeds
Directions
Cut the scallops into thin strips and divide between 4 plates.
Season with flower salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Drizzle this mixture over the scallops, then evenly distribute the white condiment.
Add the pomegranate seeds and refrigerate to marinate for 15 minutes before serving.
Just before serving, sprinkle with crushed pistachios for a crunchy touch.
