About This Recipe
A nice piece of fish does not need a lot of adornment, which is why this simple preparation is all that you need for a delicious meal!
Ingredients

Salt & Herbs Mix for Fish
8-9 tbsp Domaine de Malersu Olive Oil
At the market
Whole sea bream of 3 pound, gutted and scaled
1 large lemon
4 sprigs of fresh thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
Pepper
Bay leaves
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Season the cavity and exterior of sea bream with salt & herbs mix and pepper.
Cut the lemon into thick slices and stuff the sea bream with half of it, 2 thyme sprigs and bay leaves. Place the fish in a baking dish and lay the remaining lemon slices and thyme on top.
Drizzle generously with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
Roast fish until it is just cooked through, about 25 minutes, or just firm to touch. It should be opaque throughout.
Cut along backbone to remove the fillet from the bone. Gently lift top fillet and transfer to a plate.
Cut the fillet into small pieces and drizzle with olive oil.
Let chill before serving.
