2 tbsp Tenuta Ganga Di Lupo Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Specialty Vinegar
At the market
12 apricots
24 mirabelle plums
1 tbsp honey
4 Tortas
Directions
Pit the fruit and cut into 2 or 4 pieces.
In a frying pan, gently heat the olive oil with the honey and deglaze with 1 tbsp lemon specialty vinegar.
Add the fruit and roast on both sides.
Divide between 4 bowls and add the crumbled tortas.
Serve warm with a scoop (or 2) of vanilla ice cream.
