This luminous green olive oil is made from Picual olives harvested very early, while still green, at the beginning of the season. Intense and perfectly balanced, it expresses authentic flavors reminiscent of a vegetable garden: aromas of tomato leaf, freshly cut grass, and fig leaf, followed by spicy notes evoking arugula.

A true bouquet of greenery! Robust and of high quality, this olive oil is also excellent for your health thanks to its very high polyphenol content (596 mg/kg at bottling), powerful antioxidants. This distinguished Grand Cru Andalusian oil is capable of enhancing any dish. The early-harvested Picual variety is prized for its intensity and freshness, ideal for lovers of characterful olive oils.
