A great fresh & gourmet Tuscan oil!

This superb Tuscan oil, produced near Siena in the picturesque Chianti Classico region, is the result of an ideal environment and Matteo Giusti's passion. With a taste that is both fresh and delicious, this olive oil has a touch of sunshine.

When tasted, we find calm notes of green banana and green apple, enhanced by hints of hazelnut. A light note of pepper completes the experience on the finish. An exceptional vegetable oil with a beautiful length in the mouth that will delight lovers of subtle and gourmet flavors.

Did you know? The legal acidity level for extra virgin olive oil must be below 0.8%. This Grand Cru from Oliviers&Co far exceeds that standard with an exceptionally low level of 0.19%. Our quality standards and traceability ensure a fresher, more aromatic olive oil with preserved nutritional benefits. The polyphenol level at bottling is 450 mg/kg.
