1 tbsp Holiday Olive Oil
At the market
Pear Confit and Moscato
2 white puddings
1 onion
1 large pear
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
Directions
Sauté the chopped onion in 1 tbsp of olive oil until translucent. Add 1 tbsp of pear confit. Season with salt & pepper and mix. Set aside.
Wash and finely dice the pear. Cut the puddings into 0.39inch-thick slices and fry them with the diced pear in a pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil for 3 minutes on each side. Add the onion and reduce for 1 minute.
Arrange tu pudding slices on small plates with a pear dice on each and sprinkle with crushed walnuts. Serve with a small dish of pear confit.
