1lb unsalted butter, softened
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together butter and 1 tsp of truffle oil. Taste and add more oil, 1 tsp at a time, according to intensity desired, up to about 3 tsp.
Add salt to taste.
If you add summer truffles, chop 2-3 slices finely and add to mixture at this time.
Spoon butter onto a sheet of cling film and form into a log, about 4 inch thick. Wrap log tightly and place in the fridge, until ready to use.
