Affiorato is the pressed first olive oil each year...

It also marks our first annual trip to the largest of the Mediterranean islands: Sicily. This pure olive juice, incredibly fresh and authentic, is eagerly awaited each year by connoisseurs.

This new olive oil seduces with its expressive character and its nose evoking a bouquet of herbs straight from the garden; unfiltered, it is the result of exceptional know-how and an early harvest.

The finest green olives are picked by hand and pressed just a few hours after harvesting.

Perfectly balanced, L'Affiorato 2026 reveals intense aromas of cut herbs, enhanced by notes of green almond and Mediterranean herbs.

Once again this year, Oliviers&Co has selected the best Sicilian estate, Oleificio Geraci, to offer gourmets this beautiful vintage made from 100% Nocellara del Belice, the queen of Sicilian olives.

Smooth, round, and generous, without excessive bitterness or pungency, this early harvest olive oil reveals a beautiful length on the palate, carried by a deliciously fresh finish.

Did you know? The legal acidity level for extra virgin olive oil must be below 0.8%. This Grand Cru from Oliviers&Co far exceeds that standard with an exceptionally low level of 0.12%. Our quality standards and traceability ensure a fresher, more aromatic olive oil with preserved nutritional benefits. The polyphenol level at bottling is 358,1 mg/kg.

Looking for more informations about the Affiorato, visit our blog.

Affiorato, which literally means “what has risen to the surface,” takes its name from a very ancient production process used in Italy. The oil, which is lighter than water, naturally “floated” to the surface, and the nectar obtained was distinguished by its freshness, vegetal character, and great delicacy.

In order to be available in stores at the end of November, the countdown begins in Sicily in mid-October. To produce this exclusive early harvest olive oil for Oliviers&Co, Massimiliano Geraci, a long-standing partner, has implemented an exceptional selection method. The finest olive groves are carefully selected, and only the healthiest and greenest Nocellara del Belice olives are harvested by hand and pressed immediately after picking. Here, the selection is made before pressing, in order to obtain the crème de la crème of olive oil!

Harvested and pressed in record time, Affiorato is immediately shipped to France to be bottled in Haute-Provence, arriving as quickly as possible on festive tables.

New oil has become trendy, but Oliviers&Co has been offering it for 19 years. Affiorato, created in 2006, remains the brand's iconic best-seller!
