A tangy, iodine-rich bite where sea bream, freshly coated in a spicy lime marinade, rests on the sweetness of avocado and the crunch of red onion, creating an explosion of freshness in the mouth.

Ingredients

4 tablespoons mild mango vinegar
pressed olives & limes
1 dash pressed olive oil & chili
Fleur de Sel
Pepper mix

At the market
2 limes
2 sea bream fillets
2 avocados
1 red onion
1 iceberg lettuce
4 nice slices of whole grain bread 

Directions

Prepare your marinade by mixing the juice of the limes, their zest, 4 tablespoons of mango vinegar, 4 tablespoons of olive oil & lime, a pinch of fleur de sel, and pepper mixture.

Add the sea bream fillet, cut into strips. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Cut the avocado and red onion into strips.

Place a few leaves of chopped iceberg lettuce on the bread slices, then top with the marinated sea bream, avocado, and red onion strips.

Add a pinch of fleur de sel and the pepper mixture. Add a few drops of pressed olive oil and chili.
