About This Recipe
Enjoy this decadent twist on a classic deviled eggs recipe. White Truffle Oil and White Truffle Salt add a magical touch! You should probably double the recipe as you will see how quickly they disappear from the table!
Ingredients

1/2 tsp White Truffle Salt
1 tsp Herbes de Provence
1/2 tsp White Truffle Oil
Pepper
At the market
7-8 eggs
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 tsp mustard
Powdered Paprika, for decoration
Directions
Place the eggs in pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until eggs are hard boiled, about 10-15 minutes.
Half the eggs lengthwise and transfer yolks to a mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, herbes de Provence, truffle oil, truffle salt and pepper.
Mash with a fork until smooth.
Spoon mixture into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika and an extra drop of truffle oil.
Serve chilled.
