About This Recipe
A savory and fresh salad to share with friends and family. Once grilled, the feta becomes incredibly creamy and is the perfect addition to the green salad.
Ingredients

Frantoio Olive Oil
1 tsp Premium Balsamic Vinegar from Modena
Olives with Oregano
Flower of Salt from Ebro Delta
At the market
6 green tomatoes
1 cucumber
6 slices of feta cheese
Lemon juice
1 tbsp oregano
Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven grill to 430°F.
Cut tomatoes into slices and cucumber in small sticks with skin on.
In a bowl, mix lemon juice with green lemon olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Place feta slices on a baking tray line with baking paper.
Drizzle with some green lemon olive oil and place under the grill for 10-15 minutes.
Arrange tomatoes and cucumbers onto 6 plates. Place a slice of grilled feta on top.
Baste with sauce, drizzle a few drops of balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with oregano, scatter some olives on top, add pepper and serve immediately.
