About This Recipe
A gourmet recipe of mackerel marinated in pressed olive & fresh lemon oil.
Ingredients

Pressed olive & fresh lemon oil
3 tbsp of pomegranate specialty vinegar
Salt & herbs for fish
At the market
8 mackerel fillets
1 clove of garlic
Fresh ginger
1/2 bunch fresh coriander
Directions
Pour the pomegranate vinegar into a saucepan with the crushed garlic, half of the chopped coriander and the grated ginger. Add 8 tbsp of lemon oil and 1 tsp of salt & herbs.
Placed the rinsed and drained mackerel fillets in a dish, skin side up, and pour the marinade over them. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 45 minutes.
Place the drained mackerel fillets under the grill, skin side down, grill for 5 minutes and serve with lightly grilled zucchini tagliatelle.
Drizzle with lemon oil and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the remaining chopped coriander and serve.
