About This Recipe

Tzatziki: the most emblematic of Greek recipes to be enjoyed in mezze or as pita topping. Delicious in a tabbouleh, a chickpea salad, or a marinated salmon or gazpacho.

Ingredients

At Oliviers&Co
Greek Reserved Harvest Olive Oil
1 tbsp Mint Olive Oil
2 tbsp Tzatziki Mix
Salt from Camargue
Pepper

At the market
15oz Greek yogurt
3.5oz feta
1/2 cucumber
Lemon juice

Directions

Wash, dry and grate the cucumber with the skin. Put it in a fine strainer with a pinch of salt and let it drain for 30 minutes, then squeeze it with your hand to extract the excess water.

In a salad bowl, crumble the feta with a fork and mix the yogurt. Add the cucumber, lemon juice, Tzatziki mix and mint olive oil.

Add pepper and pour a generous drizzle of olive oil.

Serve with pita bread or toasted bread.
