Homemade Appetizer Olive Oil Biscuits

A simple and delicious recipe of olive oil appetizer and tapenade, made by yourself to impress your friends during the aperitif!

Ingredients

At Oliviers&Co
1 jar Black or Green Tapenade
2fl oz Greek Reserved Harvest Olive Oil
0.15oz Salt from Camargue

At the market
9oz flour
3fl oz dry white wine
1 tbsp fennel seeds

Directions

Mix salt with white wine. Set aside while the salt dissolves.

Knead the flour, oil "salted" wine and fennel seeds. Set aside for 20 minutes at room temperature.

Preheat oven to 392°F.

Roll sausages of about 1oz of dough and 0.2 inches thick. Shape them into rings by folding them around your index finger and tying the two ends twice (like a shoelace).

Place the biscuits on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes, until golden-brown.

Serve with tapenade of your choice!
