A fresh, tangy salad recipe.
Ingredients

6 tbsp Lemon Olive Oil
2 tbsp White Condiment
1 pinch Espelette Pepper
Flower Salt from the Ebro Delta
Pepper
At the market
1/2 lemon
1 tsp grated ginger
35oz cherry tomatoes
3 nectarines
2 avocados
7.05oz red berries
30 mozzarella balls
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Mesclun
Dill sprigs
Basil leaves
Directions
Wash tomatoes and fruit. Peel and slice the avocados. Cut the nectarines into strips.
Divide the mesclun and tomatoes between 6 plates. Add the avocado, nectarines, berries and mozzarella balls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and herbs.
In a jar, add lemon olive oil, white condiment, Espelette pepper, lemon juice and grated ginger. Season with salt & pepper. Close and shake vigorously to bind.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
