The perfect assortment of spreads for appetizers with friends and family: our favorite combination of Artichoke & Green Olive Delice, Zucchini & Goat Cheese Delice and Tomato & Espelette Pepper Delice. Simply enjoy with any of our crackers, such as the ciappe or focaccia.

Use as a vegetable dip, mix with fresh cheese for a creamy sauce, use as a filling for pasta, or use to season grilled chicken breast and lamb.

Artichoke & Green Olive Delice

Artichoke 38 %, extra virgin olive oil, green olive 15 %, potato, water, concentrated lemon juice, salt, black pepper.

Zucchini & Goat Cheese Delice

Zucchini 32%, dried tomato in olive oil (dried tomato, olive oil, sugar, vinegar, salt), eggplant, extra virgin olive oil, goat cheese 5% (cheese 50% of which is goat cheese, water, emulsifying salts: E339 & E452, salt), sherry vinegar (sulfites), garlic, thyme, white pepper.

Tomato & Espelette Pepper Delice

Dried tomato in olive oil 37% (rehydrated dried tomato 68%, olive oil, salt, sugar, vinegar), tomato 35% (tomato, tomato juice), extra virgin olive oil, onion, balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, grape must, coloring: caramel, sulfites), tomato puree, sugar, P.D.O. Espelette pepper 0.9%, salt, cumin, white pepper.
