- Exceptional Olive Oils: These Vintage Olive Oils are selected from around the Mediterranean by our Oleologist expert, Alexandra Gauquelin. She tests over 300 olive oils each year to select only a few Grand Crus that meets Oliviers&Co's quality criteria.

- Aromatic Olive Oils: Intense and natural, our flavored olive oils are made from pressed olives and herbs (basil, thyme, mint, garlic...) or citrus fruits (lemon, mandarin...). Nothing is added.

- Classic Olive Oils: In cooking, olive oil is a great classic and a healthy base for preparing all your dishes! Our famous "La Classique" is perfect for accompanying your cooking and delicious as a finishing touch to your dishes, as it is so agreeable.

Extraction Process

Olive oil is typically extracted through mechanical processes, such as pressing or centrifugation. This preserves the natural compounds and nutrients present in olives, resulting in extra virgin olive oil, which is considered the highest quality.

Vegetable oils often undergo processes like refining, bleaching, and deodorizing (RBD) to remove impurities and increase shelf life. This refining process may involve the use of solvents and high heat, which can degrade some of the oil's nutritional value.
